Individual coaching cycle: Measure student and teacher learning, gather feedback about successes and missed opportunities, and identify areas for professional growth.
School level: Examine learning and feedback across multiple cycles, track participation, monitor progress toward a shared school goal, celebrate success, strengthen collective efficacy, and identify professional-learning needs.
District level: Track participation and progress toward a district goal, build collective efficacy, identify support needs for coaches, and uncover barriers affecting the coaching program.
