Launching a New Year of Student-Centered Coaching

This self-paced course is designed to accompany our book, Moves for Launching a New Year of Student-Centered Coaching (Sweeney, Harris, and Steele, 2023). It creates a clear path for coaches, principals, and district leaders to follow when launching a new year of Student-Centered Coaching. Geared toward returning coaches, those who are new to a school, and those who are new to the role, participants will explore fifteen coaching moves that will take them through the first four to six weeks of the school year. Included is a Planner for Launching that will be used to map out each step along the way. This course can be taken as a stand alone course or as a compliment to any of our other courses.
